WHY ARE YOU A PERSONAL TRAINER?

I am a personal trainer because I am driven by the happiness and success of others.From an early age I quickly identified with the joys of positive change, helping people and evoking positive change on someone’s life particularly when it comes to health, fitness and wellbeing.In my short time, I have had my fair share of challenges and overcome them; the constant being yoga and/or training. As a personal trainer I am committed to consistent personal growth whilst being present in a happy and healthy lifestyle. It is this foundation that allows me to offer positive, empowering support to others; the same support and mindset that has allowed me to achieve my goals thus far.
