WHY ARE YOU A COACH?
I believe that if you want to live your life to the absolute fullest, then there is nothing more important than looking after your own body, both physically and mentally, and being involved in the fitness industry is an avenue to living that healthy lifestyle.
I want to help others push towards a healthier lifestyle for the long term and not see fitness or exercise as a short term thing. I believe I can make a difference to the life of every single client I have, and teach people that being active and pushing yourself physically and mentally can bring great things to yourself and people surrounding.
There is nothing more satisfying as a coach than to watch your clients achieve things they didn’t think were possible.

He takes the time to listen to what you want to achieve and then shows you how to do it. His programs are challenging but he is there with you the whole way. I started working with Frank around 18 months ago, almost out of desperation. I hadn’t had much luck with other types of exercise and wanted to give weight training a go. Right from the first session Frank was great. He is a good mix of fun and discipline. Our sessions always involve a laugh and I know that Frank understands how to get the best from me in all of my lifts. I’ve since transitioned into being an online client with Frank and feel just as valued and important as a face-to-face client. I trust Frank’s knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend getting in touch with him for all your PT and exercise needs.
Frank is the best coach period, his knowledge and experience as a coach have led him to understand the difference between a personal trainer and just a trainer, and that is what makes him the best.
I have been training with frank for just over 18 months now. As an Osteopath I already had a great concept about exercises and how to execute them. However, I had plateaued in my own training and sort some help. I first walked into JPS Port Melbourne, and was greeted by Frank who seemed very down to earth (my kind of guy). He took me for a tour of the gym and introduced me to all the other trainers. We immediately talk about my goals and what I wanted to achieve by training at JPS, (and he actually took notes). Next was a screening process, which he immediately picked up some slight technical flaws, which may have been contributing to my plateau. I started seeing frank every 2 weeks as I was a little sceptical, (due to past PTs I have had) about how much progression I could get. Within a couple of weeks, I had changed my plan to seeing Frank every week travelling 30-40min just to train with him. Frank is super knowledgeable and also has an answer to my questions about nutrition or why a certain exercise is in my training block. I enjoyed training with Frank so much, that I encouraged my girlfriend to speak to Frank in her goals and she is now training with him as well. I now leave in Toronto Canada and continue to work with Frank via online. Whether it is body building, powerlifting or just general fitness. I could not recommend Frank enough, he is my go to guy!
