In your session package, not only will you receive your one-on-one training sessions with one of our highly experienced coaches but you will also receive the following:

SO WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP?

STEP 1

Fill out the questionnaire below with as much information as you see fit. Your responses will be used to find you the best coach suited for your needs and goal.

STEP 2

You will then be contacted by our administration coordinator to book in a free consultation with your coach! As our personal training is by appointment only, this booking time will be within our staffed hours (found at the bottom of the page). All required documents sent to you will need to be electronically filled out and signed prior to your appointment.

STEP 3

Meet your coach! During your consultation your coach will ask you several questions needed to better understand you and what guidance you will need in your training and nutrition. This is also the time for you to ask as many questions as you need to decide if this is the right place for you. After your consultation you will have a brief postural assessment so please assure you come in moveable attire.

STEP 4

After your consultation you’ll then be shown to reception to set up your payment method and book in your first session! Click here to see which payment option is best for you!
