Jackson is a PhD researcher, currently working at the University of Western Australia. He has completed his BSc in Sports Science, and Exercise & Health, and his BSc (Hons) in Exercise Physiology. Jackson is an accredited Sports Nutritionist, and has competed previously in bodybuilding, boxing, rowing and Australian Rules football. Working previously with over 100 clients, Jackson is a specialist in optimising body composition and exercise performance via nutrition strategies.

I started with Jackson in February this year to help me get back on track with my nutrition and training after my calories were dropped crazy low by a previous coach. Jackson has helped me get from 2500 to 4650 calories a day and still maintain similar conditioning with a lot more lean body mass. I’m now the biggest and leanest I’ve ever been at my current weight, all while still enjoying my favourite foods and living a more flexible lifestyle! I couldn’t be more grateful for the advice and support Jackson has given me over the last 6 months and I’m excited to see what the future with Jackson has in store!
I was referred to Jackson from a friend as I had lost my faith with nutrition coaches after been stuffed around with online coaches. I have lost over 10kg post baby and he has been polite, reliable and not only has he delivered results; he has followed very mature business ethic.
After my cutting phase my body rebounded badly and my weight increased to a drastic 10kgs within 2-3 weeks post diet. This was until I met Jackson. Through a brief conversation and a quick background on my situation he had a plan for me, a plan to get me to a point where I’d never look back. My initial goal was to get a good physique to one day compete, and soon it became my goal to become a healthy version of myself. There I was, about to take my first step into this, and coming from a fear of food I was sceptical and had very little trust in anybody. However Jackson completely altered this changed my life for the better. I look better than I’ve ever looked before, putting on lots of muscle tissue, eating more than double the amount than my previous coach, and living an easy flexible lifestyle without a fear of food. I have completely gained all my trust with Jackson, as I have him to thank for now allowing me to live a healthier lifestyle, mentally and physically.
As a nutritionist I knew I what I needed from a coach. I felt safe in the Knowledgeable hands of Jackson. I come from a 25-year eating disorder journey, 6 years now recovered, so, there are only a handful of people I can trust with improving my nutrition for performance, body composition and health. Working with Jackson has far exceeded my expectations, he is sensitive to my vulnerabilities. My phenomenal experience was when due to my history and body adaptations, my re-comping block was slow, but still I lost fat and gained muscle. He called for a diet break phase, I am now eating more calories than I have ever eaten in WHOLE HUMAN LIFE or I EVER FELT SAFE EATING, gaining only 1kg after nearly 12 weeks of eating as much as my husband or the boys at my gym. I feel happy in my body, I feel strong, and energetic. I take on my multiple daily tasks of being a crosfitter, a nutritionist, a mother, a wife, a uni student with energy and vitality. I trust all my nutrition thinking to my coach.
Being a trainer myself I needed someone that would take a straight forward approach and tell me how it is, and Jackson is that guy. I came to him to help prepare me for a Natural physique show due to my past show I didn’t do as well as I would have liked. The process of dieting with Jackson was simple and enjoyable, he designed my plan to my favourite foods and to my available times to eat. Post show I have continued my nutrition with Jackson because in such a short time I improved drastically so i could definitely see long term benefits. Working with Jackson is the best thing i have ever done, he’s not only a top bloke but has developed my own knowledge and understanding of nutrition and I look forward to continuing work with him in the future.
