Your coach will devise a resistance training program that utilises the best available research along with their real-world experience that is tailored to your unique situation and goals. Your coach will design a program that takes into account your goals, preferences, lifting experience, injury history, lifestyle, time availability and needs. We care about getting you the best results possible in a way that makes your training enjoyable and sustainable.
Applying the latest research of nutrition for fat loss, muscle growth and health, our coaches will work closely with you to prescribe a nutritional plan according to your goals, lifestyle, preferences and understanding of nutrition. Our goal is to not only get you the results you desire but also teach you the fundamental principles of nutrition so that you can implement a flexible approach to your diet that allows for both progress and sustainability.

Using our ‘Mega Template’ (see below) we will take care of all your programming in one simple, easy to use and effective online tracking system. All of your training programs, diet and data will be recorded into your individualized template using excel sheets, tracking your daily nutrition and workout data.
Your coach will customize your diet plan, training protocol and data tracking methods upon receiving your questionnaire and initial Skype consultation. Rest assured, your plan will be devised according to your goals, experience and preferences.

If yes a comp day fee applies! The fees cover the additional time your coach invests in attending and providing their services on the day of your competition, and ensuring that you are as prepared as possible for your competition.

Step 2: Skype Consultation
Once we receive your application, your coach will make contact with you and give you the opportunity to book in your first complimentary consultation (via Skype or Phone).
This is designed to ensure your coach is the right fit for you and that you are comfortable and confident that the online coaching process will benefit your training and nutrition. We want to get to know you as much as we can before commencing the coaching process and this is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, outline your goals and provide us with all of the necessary information before you begin.
Step 3: Pre Screen Questionnaire
Before we put together your training program, it is imperative that we collect all the relevant information and documentation about your current and past diet and training along with information relating to your lifestyle, circumstances and health to ensure you are in good health and in a position to work with our coaches both physically and mentally.
Step 4: Training & Nutritional Programming
Our coaches will set in motion a long term plan for the duration of your coaching period, structuring your training and nutritional phases to ensure they coincide to maximise your results.
You will receive your individualised nutritional plan along with a training program that includes a data tracker for every rep, set and load that you lift throughout your coaching period.
Step 5: Ongoing Support
Weekly Check Ins: Our online clients are required to send a check-in specified by their coach (we recommend a 5 minute video) each week along with their data tracker to enhance the coaching process and ensure we obtain all the imperative details.
Online Coaching Hub: You will also gain access to our online support group for technique/form assessment as well as community support on your journey.
Email Support: We don’t hold back when it comes to the level of communication we have with online clients and are always willing to answer questions or help troubleshoot any obstacles along your journey. Skype/Phone Consultation: As part of your online coaching package, you will have 2x monthly Skype or Phone consultations to touch base with your coach, review the current plan, address and issues that may arise and ensure that you are progressing towards your goals. It is imperative that you take the initiative to book these in with your coach in advance.

Our online coaching services are suited towards those individuals who have a moderate to advanced level of training experience and are confident in a gym. We recommend a more hand on service for individuals who are starting out on their training career, to get the most out of the coaching process.
We recommend online coaching for those with more experience as the correspondence and process is completed and facilitated entirely online and remotely, meaning you will need to be able to get through any training program on your own.
For nutritional programming and guidance, online coaching is suitable to anyone as our Coaches will endeavour to teach you everything you need to know about nutrition in order to achieve your goals.

What do I need to get started?
All you need to get underway with your Online Coach is a stable internet connection and device to correspond with! Oh, and a gym or similar available to you to train at. From there, your Coach will be able to communicate with you to complete programming, planning, check-ins, calls/skypes, review technique and the rest.
How does my subscription work?
Subscriptions are monthly, and the first payment will come out upon your initial order. From the date of your order you will begin to receive Coaching (typically allow for 24-48 hours to be underway with your Coach!). Your subsequent payments will be debited from your account each month on the anniversary of your order.
For example, if you subscribe on Jan 10th, your debits will happen on the 10th of each month. Unless there are public holidays/weekends, in which case the debit may come out just before or after the anniversary date.
It is important that you have the funds available in your account in advance to ensure that your subscription debit is processed successfully!
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, our payment systems will endeavour to process the payment again in the following day(s). You will be notified by our Admin Team of your failed debit. Multiple/subsequent failures may result in your services being suspended until your payment is made.
If you have too many failures, your subscription may be cancelled, and you will need to resubscribe to continue receiving your Coaching.
Any outstanding payments or money that is owed due to missed subscriptions will be invoiced for accordingly.
We encourage all online clients to do all that they can to avoid missing payments!
Can I select my Coach?
You can nominate your coach at sign up, or alternatively you can select “Any Coach” and we will designate you an appropriate coach based on any information provided.
How do I check in?
As this is an entirely online, check-ins with your Coach will be done via email correspondence. Your Coach will designate a time by which your check-in is required to be submitted to them. This will enable them to reliably time program updates, amendments and responses. Which means you know when to expect a reply!
When checking in it is important to give your Coach as much information as possible to best guide their updates, amendments and advice for the week ahead. This includes things like a weight update, brief update on your nutrition/eating for the week, anything that went well/needs improvement, training update, and any other relevant information.
Your Coach will endeavour to respond within 24 hours, but there may be delays if check-ins aren’t submitted on time or if there are busy periods or other circumstances (i.e. events, competitions, travel), we request that you be patient.
Will my coach help with my technique?
Coaches will help online clients with their technique and performance of exercises by requesting video footage of their training and exercises. These can be sent to your Coach and they can then provide feedback and analysis of your technique, so you can continue to improve and get the most out of your training and programming.
These arrangements will be made between you and your Coach to ensure that it is both convenient and will be suitable for your needs.
What is the minimum period?
The minimum period for Online Coaching subscriptions is 3 months.
How do I end my subscription?
You can terminate your subscription by providing written notice via email to Mia@jpshealthandfitness.com.au. The notice period is one (1) month to ensure that we have sufficient time to affect the termination and cancel your subscription prior to any further payments being debited.
