- Who is this service suited to?
Our online coaching services are suited towards those individuals who have a moderate to advanced level of training experience and are confident in a gym. We recommend a more hand on service for individuals who are starting out on their training career, to get the most out of the coaching process.
We recommend online coaching for those with more experience as the correspondence and process is completed and facilitated entirely online and remotely, meaning you will need to be able to get through any training program on your own.
For nutritional programming and guidance, online coaching is suitable to anyone as our Coaches will endeavour to teach you everything you need to know about nutrition in order to achieve your goals.

- What do I need to get started?
All you need to get underway with your Online Coach is a stable internet connection and device to correspond with! Oh, and a gym or similar available to you to train at. From there, your Coach will be able to communicate with you to complete programming, planning, check-ins, calls/skypes, review technique and the rest.
- How does my subscription work?
Subscriptions are monthly, and the first payment will come out upon your initial order. From the date of your order you will begin to receive Coaching (typically allow for 24-48 hours to be underway with your Coach!). Your subsequent payments will be debited from your account each month on the anniversary of your order.
For example, if you subscribe on Jan 10th
, your debits will happen on the 10th
of each month. Unless there are public holidays/weekends, in which case the debit may come out just before or after the anniversary date.
It is important that you have the funds available in your account in advance to ensure that your subscription debit is processed successfully!
- What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, our payment systems will endeavour to process the payment again in the following day(s). You will be notified by our Admin Team of your failed debit. Multiple/subsequent failures may result in your services being suspended until your payment is made.
If you have too many failures, your subscription may be cancelled, and you will need to resubscribe to continue receiving your Coaching.
Any outstanding payments or money that is owed due to missed subscriptions will be invoiced for accordingly.
We encourage all online clients to do all that they can to avoid missing payments!
- Can I select my Coach?
You can nominate your coach at sign up, or alternatively you can select “Any Coach” and we will designate you an appropriate coach based on any information provided.
- How do I check in?
As this is an entirely online, check-ins with your Coach will be done via email correspondence. Your Coach will designate a time by which your check-in is required to be submitted to them. This will enable them to reliably time program updates, amendments and responses. Which means you know when to expect a reply!
When checking in it is important to give your Coach as much information as possible to best guide their updates, amendments and advice for the week ahead. This includes things like a weight update, brief update on your nutrition/eating for the week, anything that went well/needs improvement, training update, and any other relevant information.
Your Coach will endeavour to respond within 24 hours, but there may be delays if check-ins aren’t submitted on time or if there are busy periods or other circumstances (i.e. events, competitions, travel), we request that you be patient.
- Will my coach help with my technique?
Coaches will help online clients with their technique and performance of exercises by requesting video footage of their training and exercises. These can be sent to your Coach and they can then provide feedback and analysis of your technique, so you can continue to improve and get the most out of your training and programming.
These arrangements will be made between you and your Coach to ensure that it is both convenient and will be suitable for your needs.
- What is the minimum period?
The minimum period for Online Coaching subscriptions is 3 months.
- How do I end my subscription?
You can terminate your subscription by providing written notice via email to Mia@jpshealthandfitness.com.au
. The notice period is one (1) month to ensure that we have sufficient time to affect the termination and cancel your subscription prior to any further payments being debited.
