Luke is an evidence-based coach with a keen interest in physique development, priding himself on his ability to achieve results by applying theoretical knowledge to the practical environment. In his eight years of following a plant-based diet, Luke has been able to build upon his expertise and progress his understanding of nutrition, further developing his proficiency as a coach. Luke’s goal is to promote healthy living through physical strength, longevity and fulfilment.

Jaxon is a gym owner, personal trainer and vegan online coach based out of Auckland, New Zealand.
Jaxon cut his teeth in the gym while serving with the NZ Army at home and overseas.
After a few years toying in the gym, he left the camo behind and qualified as a personal trainer before opining a small studio, which would become the community now known as Jax Fitness Gym.
After having his eyes opened to the realities of how we source our food, namely our protein, Jaxon ventured into a plant-based lifestyle and combined this new way of eating and living with a certificate in nutrition from Mac Nutrition University.
His goal was simple: Lead by example and show that through evidence-based nutrition principles and simple daily habits we can do away with outdated vegan stereotypes, and instead not just survive on a vegan diet, but build lean muscle, gain strength, improve blood lipids and thrive in a way that is working with our planet, not against it.
Most recently, Jaxon ventured out to launch the Vegan Body Coach Podcast in order to bring a more rational, evidence-based conversation to the table of vegan nutrition and training.
Now with thousands of downloads worldwide and featuring guests such as Dr. Melanie Joy, Dr. Eric Helms, and local vegan bodybuilder Chris Tan, the podcast continues to be a resource of high-quality information and practical takeaways for listeners around the world.
In between walking his pit-bull rescue, Trooper, his own training, podcasting and travel, he spends his time coaching vegans and reducetarians to nail their nutrition, master the fundamentals of lifting and build their best vegan body yet.
