Our 12-week semi-private personal training is for serious athletes and trainees, looking to maximise their strength, muscle growth and results. In each session, you will work closely with our experienced coaches as well as train alongside 5 other dedicated athletes to push yourself to the limits.

We don’t let just anyone join our semi-private personal training which is why you must meet our minimum requirements before we accept you into the program.
To be a part of our semi-private classes, you must have:
- A sound understanding of technique;
- 2 or more years of consistent training experience;
- Some serious goals and commitment.
What do you get?
- 3x 60-minute sessions per week for 12 weeks;
- Consultation and goal setting;
- Technique evaluation and assessment;
- Training programming and adjustments;
- Nutritional coaching;
- Weekly check-ins.

- 3 Months: The total cost for the full 12-week program is $899 inclusive of GST. Direct debit is available at $82 per week.
- 9 Months: The total cost for the full 36-week program is $2,199 inclusive of GST. Direct debit is available at $62 per week.
Maximum of 10 people per program & 6 people per one-hour session.
- PROGRAM 1: January 22nd – April 16th (registration closes January 15th)
- PROGRAM 2: April 30th – Jul 23rd (registration closes January April 23rd)
- PROGRAM 3: August 6th – Oct 29th (registration closes July 30th)
