Our Advanced body composition workshop has been designed to teach coaches & athletes the science of achieving elite levels of condition for excellence in bodybuilding, physique & modeling divisions.

Director Jacob Schepis & Director of Science Lyndon Purcell combined have years of in the trenches experience and text book knowledge.

Jacob has coached over 50 athletes to the natural bodybuilding, physique and fitness stage, with multiple international, national and state champions across multiple federations.

This 2 Day Workshop will encompass the science behind the physiology of fat loss, muscle gain as well as the practical application to the real world to develop a stage winning physique.

More importantly, attendees will gain an insight into how to strategically devise long term plans for physique competitors and learn how to transition in and out of contest prep with minimal physiological and psychological distress.
