A note from Aaron
I began my experience with resistance training as a 16-year-old who used strength training as a method of improving my junior football, cricket and athletics performance. Due to numerous soft tissue injuries, I began spending more time in rehabilitation than I did on the playing field, and hence fell in love with the science behind exercise and physiology.
I moved from my small country town in northern Victoria to Melbourne in 2015 with the ambition to acquire the knowledge and skills to become a sought-after exercise practitioner. Over the next few years I was fortunate enough to have the opportunities to supplement my tertiary education with practical work experience under various mentors.
I consider myself a teacher and a problem solver. Personal training provides me the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge to help empower people to lead more integrated, pain free, self-actualized lives through exercise prescription.
