Bridgette comes from a competitive background in middle distance running & touch football. Bridgette decided to transition into competing on the platform & has since fallen in love.

Bridgette has now competed twice with the WBFF federation, placing 2nd in her most recent show. Her passion for health, training & nutrition has lead her into a career in the fitness industry & has now transitioned fully online with her coaching business, FSBBODIES.
