Chris Nikola

A note from Chris

I initially started my journey at JPS as a client pursuing interest in Powerlifting. As a coach myself I religiously followed all the content JPS was putting out and joined the JPS mentorship but soon enough got caught up in the amazing JPS vibe and found myself in the position of Sales & Events Manager!

Starting out working in a gym from a young age, I worked my way up from Gym Instructor, to Customer Service Manger, Sales Manager and then Assistant Club Manager at various leisure centers and commercial gym facilities. Alongside my full time job I also coached clients part time. I am currently completing my Masters in Psychology with the aim of one day amalgamating my passions and practicing Sports Psychology.

Enticing more people to be more active, more often albeit cliché to me is a necessity and has kept me motivated in these roles over the years. Although sales can have negative connotations toward it for the aforementioned reasons I have never really had to “sell”.

Organizing the amazing events which JPS does, promoting education on the latest evidence based practices and raising the standard can be relentless hard work but with the amazing team we have at JPS our mission drives us and as such makes it the ideal workplace.

If you wish to run an event with JPS or are interested in the JPS Corporate and JPS School Programs contact Chris at [email protected] or get in touch below.
