Meet Courtney! Courtney has a passion for training and nutrition! Her passion began 7 years ago when she was not confident or happy with her lifestyle, Courtney then moved into working as a PT which she enjoyed immensely!

Courtney then competed twice in both bikini and fitness competitions. In the meantime Courtney moved her business to full time online and competed in another 6 bikini/fitness comps placing 2nd and 3rd. Courtney enjoys lifting and getting strong so recently competed in her first powerlifting comp placing 2nd!!!
