A note from Kayla
I have been active my whole life, competing in athletics, swimming and cross country. This eventuated into training in a gym and I instantly fell in love with it. This developed into training for strength and now powerlifting. I want to help my clients find the same love for fitness and be able to integrate this into their lifestyle!
My approach to coaching is not just focused on exercise, but overall lifestyle change. My goal is to teach you how to implement sustainable habits, work on any limiting beliefs and carry this through all areas of your daily life. I want to help accelerate your results, increase your confidence and help you become the best person you can be.
