A note from Martin
Martin is a PhD student, physique coach, and university level teacher with an intense passion for scientific thinking and it’s role in answering important questions, whether that be about fitness or everyday life. Martin has seven years of coaching experience that is accompanied with experience in bodybuilding and continual education through academia, and is currently researching the influence of proximity-to-failure on muscle hypertrophy.
His primary areas of interest include human physiology, muscle hypertrophy, and nutrition for body composition, enabling him to work effectively with individuals who have physique related or competitive bodybuilding goals. Martin is committed to “raising the standard” of the fitness industry by continually learning and educating students worldwide, whilst standing by his core values: self-development, professionalism, humility, and grit.
