A note from Martin
Martin is a PhD student, evidence-based coach, educator and university level teacher with an intense passion for the fitness industry and the science behind training and nutrition. Martin has 6 years of coaching experience that is accompanied with athletic experience and continual education through academia. His areas of expertise include human physiology, muscle hypertrophy and nutrition for body composition, enabling him to work effectively with individuals who have physique related or competitive bodybuilding goals. Two of his core values include ‘self-development’ and ‘delivering education’ – Martin is committed to continually learning and educating his clients and other coaches/students wanting to excel in the industry.
My Philosophy
As a coach, I exist to provide a service that is unlike anything my clients have received before. My goal is to foster a coach-client relationship that consists of an honest and transparent line of communication, combined with a consistently professional service that breeds excellence. I strive to be a role model for my clients, demonstrating my passion and care at all times whilst prioritising education throughout their journey to nurture their behaviours and skills – in aim of ultimately developing their competency and self-sufficiency. I am committed to self-development, determined to continually advance my knowledge base and hone my qualities, ensuring my clients and students get a service that is of utmost value.

- Degree in Exercise Science (Victoria University)
- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
