Whenever working with a new client, Meg believes it’s critical for her to get down to the core root of why they have chosen to embark on their own fitness journey. The moment Meg is able to shift their focus from the number on the scale and the aesthetic end goal to focusing on mental clarity, progression in performance and physical and mental strength gains, is the moment everything changes.
