A note from Rhiannon
My name is Rhiannon Deaves, I am 32 years old and I’m a Sports Nutritionist with over 6 years’ experience in the fitness industry.
I am a current WBFF Bikini athlete, and have competed in 7 show’s nationwide all with top placings.
My role as an online coach and nutritionist is; providing aid to the general population with food relationship issues, weight loss, growth & muscle development while also working with Performance Athletes (bodybuilding and sports)
Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, work on your food relationship or body build/ compete, my methods behind my coaching are to educate you on the importance of nutrition balance and how to accomplish this, what our body requires to achieve optimal health & digestion through vitamins & minerals supplementation and food intake while improving your nutrition literacy and performance to achieve your body composition goals.
