A note from Tahlia
Tahlia is a personal trainer who is extremely passionate about empowering
women to be their absolute best self. Tahlia has been on her own journey with body dysmorphia and a viscous cycle of yo-yo dieting, this has helped shape Tahlia’s approach to coaching.
It is Tahlia’s mission to help as many people as she can form healthy, sustainable lifestyles through mindset work, habit change, flexible dieting & resistance training.
Tahlia absolutely loves cooking and has created her own macro friendly recipe books that illustrate that you do not have to miss out on foods that you love! The gym is Tahlia’s happy place and she will be competing as a bikini athlete in 2021!!!
